The Testing Stream program offers funding up to $1.15 million for non-military innovative products and services, and up to $2.5 million for military innovations. Requirements for the Testing Stream

Proposals submitted for the Testing Stream are reviewed by both ISED and the National Research Council (NRC). To qualify for funding, the innovation must be ready for operational testing at the time of implementation, with a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 7 or higher.
